  • Flower arrangements: If your arrangement does not meet expectations or arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days for a rework or refund.
  • Products: If you purchased any non-floral products (e.g., vases, pots, gardening tools), you may return them within 14 days if unused, for a full refund or exchange.
